These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the oakplay platform and all services provided therein. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oakplay ("oakplay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oakplay website located at oakplay.org and all associated mobile applications, software, games, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
- You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the oakplay Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2 Eligibility
Access to and use of the oakplay Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on oakplay, in accordance with the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) governing online gambling in the Philippines. oakplay strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the oakplay Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by oakplay or any regulatory authority.
3 Account Registration and KYC
3.1 Registration
To access real-money games on oakplay, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
oakplay is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to granting full account access. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID);
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months);
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by oakplay may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oakplay login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. oakplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify oakplay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
oakplay accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your oakplay account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. oakplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification;
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance;
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability;
- oakplay reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on the oakplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.4 Prohibited Payment Methods
oakplay does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit card for gambling deposits, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. Accounts found to be using prohibited payment methods may be suspended.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
oakplay offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. oakplay reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. The following conduct may result in disqualification from bonuses and forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
- Using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play);
- Providing false information during registration or KYC;
- Any other conduct that oakplay reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses
oakplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification shall not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account and actively being wagered in good faith.
6 Gameplay Rules
All games available on the oakplay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.
oakplay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. oakplay does not manipulate game outcomes and is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, oakplay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. oakplay shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oakplay Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing oakplay staff or other players through any communication channel;
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
oakplay cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct. oakplay reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any such investigation.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the oakplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation thereof, is the property of oakplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of oakplay.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oakplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
oakplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oakplay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11 Privacy
oakplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. oakplay complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.
12 Termination and Suspension
oakplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
- A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
- Closure of the Platform or cessation of services in a particular jurisdiction.
Upon termination for cause, oakplay reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.
You may close your account at any time by contacting oakplay customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures and KYC requirements.
13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The operations of oakplay are subject to the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact oakplay's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14 Amendments to These Terms
oakplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, oakplay will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
